Can I make custom changes to my Rendition home?

Rendition Homes has built-in options for most of our house plans. We want to make sure you can find the floor plan that best fits your life and needs. We include options like converting flex areas into bedrooms, adding media rooms and even an additional story on some plans. Further changes could be considered at an additional cost. If the option changes are approved they would be required to be paid for in full up front.

Does Rendition Homes offer site finished cabinets?

While some builders do offer “site finished” cabinets Rendition Homes has found that our customers are best served with a higher level of finish that is done in the cabinet makers’ environment, which yields a much better looking cabinet. By finishing cabinets at the cabinet makers’ environment, you are guaranteed a more even and high quality finish.

What makes Rendition Homes different from other builders?

There are many things that distinguish us from other builders. Our proudest distinction is our longevity in the home building business. We’ve been building homes in Dallas/Fort Worth since 1949. Does Rendition Homes build outside of Texas?

Rendition Homes is a local builder that has been family owned and operated since 1949, we currently only build new homes in the North Texas area.

Why are some plans only built in specific neighborhoods?

There are many factors that play into this decision. The main reason is the size of the lots that are developed and the size of the plans that meet the building guidelines of each particular city. We work hard to ensure that we are offering the best possible product mix based upon data and research we do up front, which allows us to provide the best homes for each community.

Will Rendition build on my own lot?

At this time Rendition Homes does not offer a BOYL (Build on Your Lot) program.

Is it possible to build another plan from a different community?

Unless a plan is offered in the community you are considering it is likely that it cannot be built in that community.  Specific plans are chosen that fit the requirements and guidelines of each particular city that best fit the lots available.

How large are Rendition Homes’ lots?

The size of the lots varies in size by community.  We are happy to provide you with specific answers for each community by phone 877.466.3487 or in person at one of our communities.

Does Rendition Homes build on a contingency?

Rendition Homes offers a great program for those needing assistance with moving from an existing home. We provide a 3-year lease program, for those who qualify, that has helped many of our buyers get into their new home sooner than they thought.
