February 17, 2017 (Grapevine, Texas) – Tarrant County’s HISTORYMAKER Homes is excited to announce the move to its new company headquarters in Grapevine, Texas. The new building is 28,000-square-feet of combined office and showroom space (increased from 11,500-square-feet), and houses 130 DFW-area employees spanning the company’s three brands, HISTORYMAKER Homes, Rendition Homes, and Rendition LUXURY Homes.

The company’s continued growth spurred the move. In 2016, HISTORYMAKER and its sister brands completed more than 800 starts. The company’s revenue more than doubled from 2014, at $90 million, to 2016, at $200 million. It is ranked #64 on the 2016 national Builder 100 list.

The company’s growth can be attributed to a business model that has focused over the past ten years on new price points, products, geographies and markets. In the last decade, its reach has expanded from being primarily focused in Tarrant County to blanketing the Metroplex from Aledo to the west and Terrell to the east, north to Sherman and south to Waxahachie.
